Beginning his career working on multi-jurisdictional Class Action lawsuits and maintaining a general practice of Civil and Commercial litigation, Nikolas is well acquainted with complex adversarial proceedings, with experience as counsel before the Provincial Court, Court of King’s Bench, Federal Court (Canada), and the Superior Court of Justice (ON).
Prior to joining Gall Law Office, Nikolas fostered his passion for courtroom advocacy working at Legal Aid’s Northern Area Office in La Ronge, Saskatchewan, where he spent most of his time at Provincial Court—advocating for clients at trial, conducting bail hearings & contested sentencings, and negotiating plea agreements. While exclusively practicing Criminal Law since 2020, Nikolas handled a diverse spectrum of cases ranging from property and driving offences to violent crimes, drug trafficking, and weapons and firearms offences.
Nikolas prides himself in his ability to effectively communicate with clients based on their unique and individual circumstances. He ensures every client fully understands the nature of their charges as well as every remedy and defence available at law. With a resolute dedication to his clients’ best interests and ensuring their rights are protected throughout the criminal process, Nikolas endeavors to achieve the best possible result at the earliest stage of the proceedings.
